SO i opened DSX and it prompts me to update the "VirtualPad Driver" so i click yes, it fails to update and gives me a manual download link which i use to install the driver, after installing it the issue presists and DSX wont launch fully without the update, i tried VPN i tried various exe updaters, github, rebooting, reinstalling dsx, any help?

Go to the Installed Apps page in your Windows settings and search for Nefarius. Uninstall VirtualPad from there and then install it using that manual installer. See if that does it!

Yes, I don't get why DSX cant auto update the driver like it used to, it's very frustrating and nothing is working.

generally the driver will show updates automatically and install pretty simply. this seems to be an unusual problem. can you run the installer again and click the button at the end that says something like Show Logs and paste them here?

so i copied the log, but the link you provided me with isnt working, as a work around ill upload a txt file with the log inside

hmm maybe try downloadin the installer again? in case your download was corrupted or smth? if not nefarius might have to look

I downloaded it twice and other versions too, none seem to work, it says they install, and i even find the folder in progress files, but DSX wont see that, i guess it could be an issue with the app maybe?,
Ill give redownloading and reinstalling everything a second go and get back to you, highlry appreciated 👍🏼
