The app didn't recognize my controller, so I decided to reinstall it. After that, I can't download the driver. It keeps referring to the same error 1603. What should I do?

Also try to turn off Smart App Control, it has shown in the past that it fcks up the setup

Yes, I'm absolutely sure it's disabled. I checked three times. The situation is that I manually uninstalled the driver, and then the DSX, well, I cleared everything, and I've been trying to download it for three hours now, and nothing's happening.
I uninstalled it through Device Manager.

There is no need to fiddle anything manually in device manager, setup takes care of everything, all you can do is make things worse
