I’ve been troubleshooting a really odd problem and wanted to document it in case anyone else runs into the same thing.
For the past few months, DSX has been disconnecting my controller almost instantly when I power it on. At first, I assumed it was the usual suspects — Bluetooth interference, too many devices connected, or maybe a polling‑rate mismatch. After a lot of testing, I can confidently say it’s not a polling issue.
Whenever EPOMAKER x AULA F75 is connected, DSX becomes unstable and my controller disconnects repeatedly. I swapped in other keyboards, changed the number of Bluetooth devices, tested wired vs. wireless modes, and even tried different USB ports. Every single test pointed to the same conclusion:
DSX does not function correctly when the EPOMAKER x AULA F75 is connected.
If I turn DSX off and leave the keyboard connected, my controller stays connected with zero issues. The moment DSX is running again, the disconnects start back up.
It’s frustrating because the keyboard itself works perfectly fine — it just seems to conflict with DSX specifically. At this point, it feels like some kind of firmware or device‑ID conflict rather than anything related to polling or Bluetooth load.
If anyone else has experienced this or found a workaround, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Right now, the only “fix” is not using the keyboard at all, which isn’t exactly ideal.
