It fluctuates between 130 to 205

Yeah that's not that good

#

do you have anything else besides controller/keyboard via BT?

manic yew
#

My speakers

#

They’re pebbles v3

restive hawk
#

Yeah anything audio related will consume a lot of the bandwidth

#

not much anyone can do about it, even without DSX, games/apps can suffer from the same issue when all are being used

manic yew
#

You mentioned earlier about the DSX audio, how do I turn that off since I don’t use it

#

I’m on v3.1.5.3

#

Not sure if that’s beta or not

restive hawk
#

Nah, there's a BETA badge top left next to version

manic yew
#

Ah okay

So ultimately you just need to disable one of the devices and should be good to go

#

you can try turning off speakers, and you will see polling rate go up in DSX

manic yew
#

I disabled it and it changed to 210 to 290 range

restive hawk
#

and if you disable keyabord as well?

#

as a test

manic yew
#

It jumped to 370 to 440

restive hawk
#

any other BT devices?

manic yew
#

My mouse

restive hawk
#

Lol

#

what do you expect

manic yew
#

400-460

#

Typically this isn't an issue when I have other keyboards

#

Hopefully I can figure out how to adjust my keyboard

restive hawk
#

maybe lower the keybaord polling rate if the software lets you?

manic yew
#

Cause I have certain games that requires a lot of variety uses

restive hawk
#

like mouses can have 8K rate as an example

#

lowering that can help

manic yew
#

I changed stuff up and the polling rate is now 360 to 600 range

restive hawk
#

Well that's better

#

On my laptop my controller is 500-600 Hz

manic yew
#

But this was the previous configuration that was having issues

restive hawk
#

with a BT keyboard as well, but it's MX Keys which is low usage

manic yew
#

It's fluctuating a lot

restive hawk
#

if i have BT Audio/Haptics enabled, i drop down to 350-420

manic yew
#

I'll test it out for a while and see what happens

restive hawk
#

Anything BT audio related will consume a lot of the bandwitdh

manic yew
#

If more issues arise, I'll try to change up the polling rate on certain devices

restive hawk
#

Yeah mess with it until you find an optimal range

#

By default the DualSense is 250Hz via USB, so anything near there and above is more than enough

manic yew
#

Okay, so DSX the application sometimes crashes while my keyboard is connected

I don't see any errors in the logs
