#Vibration Issues.

Vibration and Haptics work without DSX on Battlefield 6 for some odd reason.
But I can't get it to work on Rocket League or even the GamePad Tester. Not sure what I did wrong.
For testing your physical Dualsense, rather use https://ds.daidr.me instead, gamepad tester is weird with Dualsense
As for your games, I suppose it depends what emulation mode you have set in DSX, otherwise, if using DSX Native mode (no emulation), nothing should be changed
Dsx v2 is tagged, u sure?
If I'm not mistaken, I believe vibration was working on GamePad Tester before I installed DSX, but let me check.
Wym?
He doubts you're using DSX v2
Most likely (and hopefully) you're using v3.1.5.3 (current one)
I currently have it off because I want to make sure Rocket League works with vibration.
Can you please answer/confirm what we just talked about?
Launch it
ok
But it says Beta so it's v3
Hid compliant game controller looks sus here
Yeah not major but misleading
i'll test out rocket league and see which modes vibration works in

After all this time they still don't show the DS properly? Sad
The 1st few options were the ones I saw as far as tagged, I didn't know there were others. I'm sorry.
Is that PID the Edge?
I have the regular Dualsense
PC Gaming Wiki shows no rumble support, idk if that means for all playstation controllers or just dualsense
i would guess if you put DSX in Xbox Emulation mode you'll get rumble, idk about the others
Seriously? So Rocket league never had Rumble to begin with on the PS5 Controller? Wow.
i'll test them when it's done downloading
For me (on Epic) RL never had Dualsense support at all
I need to use Xbox emulation
Ok, so the controls work, but the vibration doesn't, lol
ya it is kind of a common problem, weird and inconsistent support for playstation controllers on PC games
Depends on the game and mode u use
especially dualsense cuz of haptics
Cuz of devs
It works beautifully on Battlefield 6 without DSX running.
Nothing new, nothing any of us can do about it
Ok, wow thank you so much.
The DualSense Tester is exactly what I was looking for.
Jesus
Great little website indeed 🙂
Broo... amazing! Lmfao! Thank you guys sooo muchhh! Lord have mercy.
I was going insane for like 3 days trying to figure this out.

Ok, so what about which Rocket League settings should I use for Vibration?
Can't go wrong with Xbox emulation
it is almost done downloading for me, i will try it out. i would say try Dualshock 4 emulation and see if it has vibrations, but if not then prob xbox
and in the Haptics | Rumble tab have it set to rumble mode
ok
hmm i'm not gettin any rumble in DS4 mode
so prob xbox mode
ya it works in xbox mode
@warm nebula

Bluetooth works too
ya!
for future cases you can check a game's page on the PC Gaming Wiki, it will usually tell you how the game handles playstation controllers
I'm trying out the different waves currently to see which one I like best.
This is amazing! Thank you so much!
What's the link to that btw?
But note that they don't always have up to date informations as this is a community project
And unfortunately, their controller support section isn't the most accurate thing when it's even filled with anything
Ok thanks, also great knowledge. Thanks so much!
