Hi, I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but after the update, the profiles still don't activate automatically if I open DSX after opening the game. I don't know if this fix was implemented in the latest update, but the problem persists.

How about if you remove the profile from the game, and re-add it again

One important thing I noticed: If I open the DSX, open the game, and only then connect my controller, in that exact order, the DSX doesn't apply the selected profile to the game; it keeps the old profile from when the DSX was closed. I haven't been able to establish a pattern of behavior, but perhaps this will help you investigate the problem.
