Borked Windows install, faulty GPU driver, bad CPU/GPU OC, could be a lot of things

what else could it be? there is nothing changed about the windows this is installed on. what could cause it?

Microsoft are incredibly gifted at breaking their own OS in so many ways I couldn't even begin to guess

#

But doing an in-place upgrade of Windows (basically re-installing it over itself with iso/media creation tool) might be a good start

@hoary onyx I have checked the Minimize button issue. but I can't reproduce it. and also checked all setups that is replated with application title bar. looks all is correct. I agree GastroBot's opinion.
