Mm... Do you have a profile set to open with that game? It might be helpful to post the logs too

It's also worth trying to use native mode with your DS4 to test whether the game works with it or not
Then you can deduce whether it could be a v1/v2 support thing (DS4 emu is a v1 emu)

I have no idea what I did but it ended up working fine. however I still have an issue where hidhide says it is installed but keeps asking me to restart
this is on windows version 252h
replacing my DS4 pad with a new Ds5 pad (replaced due to stick drift) in a couple days
reinstalled windows on 252h about 4 times and each time dsx says hidhide is installed, restart, but says the same each time. I tried installing it manually once or twice before even installing steam, but still the same.
needs to be fixed for 252h
