Any ideas? I tried removing the controller in windows bluetooth settings and resetting the controller then connecting it again, it shows up in DSX but none of the butttons do anything in game. (armored core vi)

yeah I've played through the game twice with this controller already
virtualpad and hidhide are installed fine

Maybe CemuHook shouldn't be enabled for when playing it
Does it have Haptic Feedback ?
Maybe it's one of those games not working with Dualsense emulation because it's expecting the "wired" controller it sees to have Audio Channels exposed

I never touched the cemuhook setting before, it "just worked" perfectly

I have one idea that might be the issue
I use junction links for all my /appdata/local /roaming etc files so I can reinstall windows and have everything setup once I drop the symlinks in
maybe it doesn't like using them now for some reason
so I'll try removing them and having the DSX data there normally
these settings are not working, they used to work fine and I could change the lighting etc

To be honest, this beyond my guessing capabilities and technical know-how, I'll leave you in @fierce narwhal 's hands as this seems to be a very complicated one

sorry my windows account got locked out for like the 6th time today and I had to go into the admin account and change the password to get back in
anyway, I just removed 3 things from hidhide, then I disabled hidhide, then I went and clicked fix double input, and the controller disconnected and reconnected a couple times
and now I see the other lights on
and changing the led colours now works
as well as adaptive trigger settings
so I think it's going to work now
and now when I hit buttons the controller buttons on DSX move
I think hidhide might have been hiding the controller, there were 3 things in the right side that I removed, I didn't look what they were but I think they said controller
still works now after re-enabling hidhide. so yeah I think hidhide was hiding the controllers

guys, have you ever had a problem with the DualSense constantly disconnecting and connecting via cable, only when a game is open? this is my second dualsense with the same problem, even on a different pc or different usb ports...

I'd check the usb cable integrity tbh (might just be damaged)
Should be a #💬┃general question if it happens without DSX or its own #1144316613244489889 ticket though
