I have restarted my pc 9 times, I have switched to the beta like I saw in another post, restarted another 5 times, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing works. I bought this program and I bought the DLC, I don't understand what is expired. I am on the steam account I purchased it in, I also reset all settings on the app, I tried everything. I need help

couldnt find apps and features and couldnt find it in installed apps but i used the installer to delete the old one and install the new one and it seems to be working now
