dsx v3 beta (steam) click using touchpad

i cannot find the setting to enable this feature, please help out!

is there any way to allow the touchpad to emulate mouse movement on dsx? i know steam has this feature and i believe v2.5 of dsx had the option somewhere as well, just cant find it in v3
