#Battery Mode got borked in Latest Beta + Other Observations

Hey all!

Good job on the software so far, @harsh granite and @gleaming stirrup! Bought the DLC as soon as it came out, and been loving it so far... until recently.

Couple of things:

1.) As the title suggests, latest beta version broke the Battery Mode indicator (Really cool feature btw!). You can replicate the same problem/bug by going to Dualsense Features/Player Indicator to OFF, and Battery Mode ON. By default, it is reverting to the last setting selected in Player Indicator (If you choose Player two as an example, and switch to Battery Mode, it'll stay at Player Two mode.) I've tested it both in Native mode, and DualSense Emulation mode.

2.) Why aren't the shortcuts available? I was used to pressing Mute+Options button to turn my controller off because I'm mostly using it via Bluetooth, but sadly I wasn't able to do so in this beta.

3.) When are you guys planning on enabling TouchPad to Mouse? Also, in the last stable version, I wasn't able to use TouchPad as mouse INSIDE the borders of a Fullscreen/Windowed application, but I could use it outside of that. What was the reason behind that, I wonder?

4.) What's up with the achievements? I still haven't finished them all, and wondering if I can somehow toggle them back on.

Those are my primary observations/concerns with the current state of the program, as it were. You guys are doing really well with the software, keep it up! 🙌🏻

  3. On the list, date unknown
  4. Were not popular enough to varant porting them, may come back some day

Because if it only works on tethered, it's a moot point to turn the controller off. I use it on Bluetooth most of the times.

Yup, can confirm it does work indeed.

BUT (obligatory but) it worked well in the stable version. 😅

Right now, I gotta press them both together simultaneously. In Stable, I could just press Mic, and then reach out and press Options and it would do the job.

Just a nitpick, but maybe it can be tuned a bit? ^¬^
