Submit button is greyed out/ disabled or , after submit the approval pop-up doesn't show up?
@astral dagger
which browser are you using?
the fact you are using a ledger is needed information..
what happens when you click submit? nothing?
I'm using Chrome
yes nothing happens
Other buttons like staking does work and i'll have to confirm on my ledger
could you try a non-ledger wallet and see if you have the same issue there? to pin down the thing
sure i'll try
So sending from the ledger to the hot wallet works. Now let me try bridge it from the hot wallet to IBC
It works
I think it's a ledger thing
I'll ask devs
@molten crag
We are missing some UI there...
Can you go to settings(yellow cog in top right) -> ledger->register ledger device
also when you click on submit make sure that device is unlocked and namada app is open
we forgot to add this info to ibc UI
let me know if that helps
@astral dagger please try above and let us know if it works.
After clicking on "register ledger device"
the usual "connect ledger" button appears
However, after connecting the ledger, this screen stays popped up
The submit button doesnt work
btw when I asked for help in the general chat, i got thrown into this chat. Is it a scam?
yeah that's a scam for sure
must be in another discord server you clicked a scam-link for
be very careful about not following any links they throw out
@astral dagger
no it was a bot that reacted very quick in general chat. Saying that I should click on the link to start a ticket
after clicking on it, the bot + text dissapeared
yeah, the links would have taken you to another discord server. you should be able to see that?
if it's a thread in the namada-server (highly unlikely) please attach a screenshot showing it
because we generally catch them pretty quickly. can't emphasize enough not to engage with those "helpful" bots
