can I just ask specifically how you check whether any shielded rewards have accumulated?

• You might need to invalidate the shielded context in the MASP settings
• Clear your browser cache also

I seemed to have a similar issue a while back. Maybe this could be it

How can I invalidate the shielded context in the MASP settings? How can I even access the MASP settings

Use the settings cog top right

There’s a tab that says MASP

In the tab hit ‘invalidate shielded context’

Wait for the shielded sync to complete

I also strongly suggest clearing your browser cache aswell 🙂

Hopefully that will resync everything with the indexer and you’ll see the missing balances. Let us know if not
