which browser and os are you on?

best bet, try a clean browser profile (or incognito), use 5elements interface, let it finish sync and let us know if that does not do the trick

(and avoid invalidating shielded context for these purposes atm)

(you can change indexers etc by toggling dev settings, but for starters I recommend trying the above rather)

ps if you can provide us with a screenshot of how the page looks when not showing balances, that would be great.

i am on mac os, i have tried both brave and chrome. will try what you said

this is what the screen looks like, even though it becomes green 100% sync. (i didnt try what you said tho, but fyi)

yes we see this with some users (pending fix ofc). try 5elements on a fresh profile and see if that does not solve it! please let us know 🙂
