@vivid patio a few things you could try: 1. use 5elements interface on high gas and see if that helps (it does for some).
2. shield your assets first and ibc them out from the shielded section instead (I realize this is a roundabout way, but while any issues with transparent ibc are fixed..)

you might also try a more regular browser like chrome, as madison suggests. but tbh I think your best bets rn are the two options suggested above

it's either that or wait until dev team sorts out any bug with transparent ibc, but I think the first suggestion will be quicker.

I don't understand. my suggestion is, to ibc your funds directly from the shielded pool into osmosis (as these issues are not seen via that route so far). I'm not sure which assets you want to send as I am not looking at your wallet. If those 50 nam is everything you can always shield them again first
I'm afraid it's the only idea for a solution I have no. At least something you could try while there are intermittent issues for (some) users with transparent ibc.
