It could mean a number of things.
- the claim wasn’t successful in dec 2023 or you didn’t claim
- You filled in and submitted your tnam for the testnet allocation and staked that which is not real NAM
- you’ve re-imported your accounts wrong
As I said NAM cannot just disappear from addresses on our side
