Spent the whole day on this. Tried to everything using the help menu. Did a full reset on shield assets (MASP). Even tried a shield once transfer which worked. Where some account disqualified after claiming?

But the problem I have is, I was told to reinstal the extension. When I did that with the same phrase, I got a different set of addresses

Check if you have imported the same Seed Phrase or Private Key. Otherwise we can't help. .

If you have a backup of your seed, please double-check it carefully for any possible typos or word order issues.
