Try to find your seed or private key if you have backed it up earlier. Any chance you used your existing EVM seeds rather than creating a new wallet?

these are 3 options when you first download the keychain. Try to remember if you used any old wallet seeds or made new keys & if you did new, find out where you noted them. Thats the only way to access them
