I just wanted to nominate my application as an outstanding submission, but when I replied with my suggestion in the forum, it got flagged for review. The message I received was, "Our automated spam filter, Akismet, has temporarily hidden your post in Nominations: outstanding Shielded Expedition submissions & contributions for review."

Could you help me with this? I'm worried that the review might happen after the deadline, which is 6 PM on Sunday.
