seems to me that "v1" is after the parameter changes from Prop266 (ie. activating staking rewards)
"v2" is after the hard fork

it's not clear to me that this is very important info, other than that it helps describe the milestones for the Shielded Expedition. i think that this is much clearer: #📣-se-announcements message

fyi @slow kelp, your explorer hangs when trying to calc voting power specifically for Prop266
i think that this happened after quorum was reached (but not positive)

the nebb definitely appears to be frozen for crew, not pilot. mine is frozen completely. (no movement after several s-classes awarded and sharing rank with someone else)
