yes, the idea is to return to a previous client version as a possible way to have the chain resume making blocks while the bug is being fixed

not rolling back blocks tho

and how do we make sure it doesn't halt again? by having everyone who upgraded prematurely downgrade? risky seeing as people clearly don't read announcments :/
