You need to treat it like a Mainnet simulation. You wouldn’t just automatically have enough tokens. You need to team up with other users and or use the faucet to simulate buying tokens to increase your token allocation. What was your initial NAAN allocation in your .toml?

Mainnet sim. It was stated in the genesis parameters that the threshold was 1M it’s then up to users to think on there feat to get the NAAN they need. Tokens were given out before hand as a starting bump so not from zero. Namadas aim is not to hand hold users through the process and guide you though it that wouldn’t be in the spirit of an incentivised testnet. The idea is to work it out via the docs and information provided. It’s meant to be hard on purpose

There were meant to be safe guards in the faucet and users slashed if they abused it but it obviously didn’t work. The team are fixing this for the next launch. Your proposal is interesting I can’t clarify whether that’s beneficial for how the founders want to faucet to be used

The stipulation have already been set by the founders. I doubt they will be changing the validation threshold. My only suggestion is use this time to formulate another approach. Unfortunately those who are small validators need to work harder and work together to beat the big fish as it would be on real mainnet. The best way to maximise is S class + playing around doing silly tasks trying to break the network to unlock the hidden ROIDS. The point of the IT is to find bugs that the team can fix for mainnet at the end of the day to ensure the security of the protocol 😊 winning tokens is the side benefit

It’s down to you to interpret the task as you see fit. As you will see the ‘operate the a Namada interface like Namada.me’ is an ‘Example’ task. As the task is being verified by a human the points given per task will vary. As an example I would think if you just choose to host and run namada.me you would get small points. However if you chose to redesign the interface to improve the UX as well as run it you would get much greater rewards.

S class roids are not like the other tasks, it’s not points for completion it’s points for level and quality of the product
