Its a bit of a headache to read. Can you trim down the fat and make each unit its own paragraph.

It depends on what you're using this for/against. Assuming no rite of war on this. As a "in general" list, there are several things I would recommend changing, but would need information on what you're planning to do with this: 1. No Librarian; you can give a generic HQ a psychic power for some points, unless you really want the psychic hood/force staff. 2. Would not reccomend Evoker of Pain with the current setup, as in my opinion, planning to fail the psyhic checks with a prateor, when you cannot connect him to another unit due to them having a retinue, is not the best. Magister of Prospero is the best "general" warlord trait in my opinion. 3. Castellxc-Achea are a bit pricy for points; there are good to forward psyhic weapons a bit farther, but there are no ranged psyhic weapons in your list. 4. A regular contemptor can do this setup with the same wargear for less points. 5. I would not reccomend power axes on normal marines due to them attacking last; if an oppenent has their own squad without them, they can wipe them from the field, before yours have a chance to play. Is there a specific reason why you aren't going to use a rite of war?

I would reccomend taking a look through NewRecruit (list builder) as well as wagpedia for searchable rules.

# fallen spire what do you mean?

I mean you dont need to specify that tacticals get power armour or that despoilers get bolt pistols, etc
The easier your list is to read, the more and better feedback you will get.
Additionally, if you dont know how rites and warlord traits work then the first step to building an army is to read the rules.
