I am attending an event this weekend, and i want this list to be functional. Note, im not trying to meta-chase, i just want this list to work against people who are more than likely meta-chasing

Why the combat shield on the paladin? He already has a refractor field. That aside, the list looks solid , though it may struggle with Reinforcement Points.

Any particular attachment to any of the units?

If not I'd suggest dropping the TSS from 10 to 9 men and using the points to change the paladin to a praetor with paragon blade (would allow you to run Pride and have the cataphractii as line) and adding in 2 power weapons to the despoilers.

If you do want to keep the Paladin then worth noting that the upgrade already grants him a terranic greatsword so you can save 20 points there

Keep in mind if you run pride of the Legion only one of the terminators will be scoring, as Pride only gives line to Compulsory choices and in ZM only one Troop choice is compulsory.
