Basically tried to focus on building a marine shredder list with some options to deal with Terminators and any Dreads that may pop up.
Moritat goes with the Ashen Cirlce to help deal with AP 2
Praetor goes with Gal Vorbak Squad (the weird loadout is because it’s an Argel Tal proxy, can’t use name characters)
Breachers sit on the middle objective and be big and tanky
Mhara Dread will torpedo into the biggest threat

If you can swap out those power axes for power fists on the Gal Vorbak. The ability to Instant Death (anything basically) is very, very valuable.

Also, you might as well just take Despoilers instead of Tacs imo. A few power axes will let them deal with any armor they come up against, and they'll generally be more efficient.
I know the praetor is a proxy but he is deeply flawed. At the very least cut the jump pack and make it clear (those wings are too small to let him fly anyways, warp magic has run out, etc.)

I think a thunder hammer is incredibly valuable on a praetor. The brutal (2) AP2 and Str8 will kill just about anything. With access to protection from strength based instant death from Burning Lore/Enslaved by Darkness, our praetors are much better suited to take duels than others, but I still think you shouldn't.
There's a few ways you can do it: You can take a praetor in artificer armor, burning lore and a thunder hammer. That's 175 pts for a 4++ and 3 wounds. OR you take a praetor in tartaros. That's 150 pts for the same set up with a 5++ and 4 wounds. That still lets you sweep. Cataphractii is 175 for a 4++ and 4 wounds, but no sweeping or running. Probably not practical for the kind of game you are running.
You can also, with some patience and finesse, stack strength buffs to get S8 AP2 at initiative with a paragon blade. I honestly think that striking at initiative is less valuable than the Brutal (2), especially if your plan is to bum around with Gal Vorbak. They're durable enough to stick around and also strike at I5 with a gazillion attacks.
For WLTs, I think Iconoclast is better than Enslaved by Darkness. The assault phase reaction is more valuable, and the +1 attack can help push the Gal Vorbak through in combat against terminators.
That's just my opinions on praetors in general. Take whatever you will from it.
