You’ve got a lot of anti-infantry firepower there, which is good. However you may be lacking in the anti tank department unless your local either has a lack of vehicles or a lack of tank killers

Those multimeltas are good, but they effectively have a range of 12” (plus movement, potentially -6” if the opposing unit reacts) if you want to handle tanks.

Likewise, you’ve got two actual models dedicated to AT (the Lascannon pred and the neutron pred)

However, I don’t necessarily think it’s bad, as you do have threat saturation

If I had three of the tanks prepped for AT (2 full lascannons and 1 with neutron and las) would that be considered enough anti-tank?

I wound consider it to be, yeah. That being said, your list isn’t bad at all and should do fine unless your opponents have enough AT to focus down your big AT vehicles first
