Seems fun, I don't know the rules about underworld assault; unless that is just a name. Also you need to get 2 Shields and get some terranic great swords for them

Underworld Assault is a rite of war that is the Termite equivalent of the Drop Pod Assault RoW

Since the tactica was pinged here, I'll say clearly for the newer brothers:
The only way to kit out companions is 2 with aegis and cwb, 8 with tgs and bolter (possibly combi volkite/melta/plasma if you have spare points)

If you can't afford that exact loadout, either make points for it, or don't bring companions

Unless you also have the lion because he'll make up for the terrible output of the cwbs

Other than that, list looks pretty alright, but you might want a damocles rhino or something to start on the board to make the underworld assault easier

What about Jump packs in some situations

Since I have the drills and their melta should I use give them different weapons to free up pts to give the companions other weapons

I would probably say to reconsider the lascannon squad, they'll be snapfiring out of the termite

I'm toying with the idea of some 5 man, 2 shield companion squads with jump packs just for the -1 i

But hqs are such a premium

It would be, but you'd concede board control almost completely depending on the enemy army
