In this case, if you're asking how to create the request in the game, you can access the Account Retrieval Form from any game account, meaning that if you create a new one, you can still do the same process.

Please try the following steps:

Home Screen > Top left corner, little buddy with the headphones > Start > Account Recovery > Form_Account Retrieval

Then you just have to fill out the form with all the requested information and you will receive an answer from Customer Support after 1-10 business days since the form's submission.

Questions that could be difficult to answer are things like the most used hero in rank matches in the past 6 months and as you mentioned, the highest rank achieved in the past 6 months. Please try to answer to the best of your knowledge to avoid any further delays.

Sorry for the late response, I've been away for a couple days.

The official steps to retrieve/recover an account are the ones I had already shared with you, that is the only method there is to retrieve an account.

Could you please share with me a screenshot of what the system tells you after attempting to fill out the form?
