Could you please provide a screenshot of the account's profile page showing in-game ID, as well as a screenshot of the account's namecard with the status text changed to "Proof for verification."

Here’s an example:

you can post your pictures in the #verification-help once you get access

A verification code will be sent to your in-game mailbox after you receive it you can type "/verify" in this thread to change your ID.
