No trouble at all. To answer your question, it's not impossible, but it's pretty unlikely. You would have to follow the same steps I provided to you before to submit an account retrieval form through in-game Customer Service and would have to provide accurate details pertaining to the account. How did you used to log in to the account? Through a 3rd party app connection?

Oh no. It was my smurf account so when I used to play with two devices, I was using that smurf account on one phone and my main on another one. But, I lost that acc when I used my main on that smurf acc device. @neon slate

Yes so if you didn't even have a connection established to enable you to log back in to the account after logging out it will be hard to recover the account, but you could still submit the retrieval form and hope for the best.

Oh they are asking for my ml ID and I dont even remember that so I couldn't fill out the form

Yes that's just the in-game ID associated with the account, not an actual Moonton Account/email. If you aren't able to provide that ID you won't be able to recover the account at all unfortunately.

Ahhh I am so sorry @neon slate . Just one last thing. I just found the acc that I am trying to retrieve from my main acc follow list. I don't know the id and such but if I provide the details of which device and such it was logged into, will there be any chance of retrieving it?

You should be able to view that account's Game ID by viewing its profile through your main account's follow list

My apologies, I misunderstood. You wouldn't be able to see the Game ID if viewing the profile from another account. You would realistically need to know the Game ID before attempting to recover the account, as that is one of the main pieces of information Customer Service requires when providing account recovery assistance.
