hey everyone, I have created an AI agency for local businesses and it's specially focused on customer service.
I have found a software company that sells its product (the CRM) to beauty sallons and similar businesses and they are interested in doing a collaboration to improve their product by adding the AI voice agent.
I have some knowledge, but I'm not capable of doing such work, so I'm asking out for help. You would be responsible of doing the automatization and talk with the developers of the software company to install it in different businesses (high level of APIs and integrations). Good to know spanish, because they are from Barcelona.

Lmk if this is something you are interested, and we can have a call to see if we can work together.

Hey. I’ve worked on AI voice and automation setups that integrate with CRMs and handle customer interactions end-to-end. I can help design and implement the automation layer and manage the API integrations with your partner company. Hit me up and we can discuss this further

Hi, @midnight lagoon

I've built several end-to-end automation systems where the AI agent isn't just "responding" but actually executing workflows across multiple tools. The collaboration you described requires exactly that: stable API integration + business logic + conversational layer. The salon CRM side is the critical piece, because the voice agent must read/write appointments, customer profiles, and availability data reliably, not just talk.

📌 My approach:
• Inspect the salon CRM API/webhooks and map required appointment operations.
• Build a callable middleware layer (Make or custom server) to normalize data between CRM and the AI voice provider (e.g., Vapi/Retell).
• Create flows that handle edge cases: rescheduling rules, business hours, service duration, multi-staff calendars.
• Deploy and tune Spanish conversational prompts + fallback routing logic for real call behavior.

I can handle the integration directly with the CRM provider’s dev team and produce a repeatable installation playbook so you can scale across multiple salons.

If that aligns with what you need, I’m ready to join the call.
