Portfolio of automation projects or live workflow samples

Nice to Have

In n8n, I want to create an AI agent. I have read online that workflow orchestrators are automation systems designed to manage sequences of actions. They connect various services and APIs into a single process based on user-defined rules and triggers. However, a key limitation is that these scenarios remain rigidly defined; orchestrators are not capable of independently planning steps or adapting to changing conditions without human intervention. Question: Is it possible to create an autonomous AI agent in n8n that can not only recommend things, but also book tickets without human intervention?
