we generally avoid scraping meta related platforms directly and mostly use apify for those coz its the safest option out there for scraping

But for auto upload you can rely on those options which i said coz those are tested ( blatato mostly). You wont get banned using those platforms unless you start spaming content ( like 6 times a day per social media)
