I started my automation agency in January of this year after years and years of building automations every single day for my previous company.
We're now at a point where I am working 24/7 on client projects and do not have the time to continue growing the agency.
I'd love to bring an N8N expert on board (as contractor, half- or full-time) to continue growing the agency with them as a long-term partner. I have interested clients lined up, and the only thing holding the company back right now is the amount of work required and the lack of good talent on UpWork and co.

Also happy to pay a finder's fee if someone knows an n8n pro they can recommend.

I’ve been deep in n8n land for a while now, building full-stack automations that tie together bots, CRMs, AI agents, and all the weird edge cases clients throw at us. Totally get what you mean about the workload bottleneck, scaling an automation agency is basically a constant trade-off between delivery and growth.

@stoic bay please make sure you check out profiles for anyone you decide to go with. There are some people out there trying to make some quick cash that put together some bad workflows.
