How can I get n8n creators interested in monetizing their workflows?

I've built a platform (http://axana.ai) that allows creators to earn money from their n8n workflows. To validate the concept, I spoke with around 30 creators who have published free workflows on n8n, and they all said it was a great idea. However, now that the platform is live, I'm getting minimal traction—only a handful of creator signups.

I'm struggling to understand why no one seems interested, especially given the positive feedback I received during validation. I'd really appreciate any insights from this community about what might be missing or what could drive adoption

I’ve seen similar situations with creator platforms—sometimes good feedback doesn’t immediately turn into signups.

Hi Nassim, I think I've got a affiliate partnership program left with Partnero. (Once bought it through Appsumo for lifetime).

I can check if you can get it to set up your own affiliate program?

Not sure if affiliates are too keen on the 1 year no commission deal you offer.

As it means they also only get paid after 1 year
