I have a simple and straightforward project of bugfixing our AI Agent. The agent functions and works as a livechat support for a forex exchange that handles mostly on the transactions. Deposits, withdraws, account support, promotion questions, and etc.

We already gave the frontend (panel) and AI finished, but the AI is yet to be as smart and precise as we want. The biggest problem is with the AI thinking chat A is chat B and having them mixed up.

The AI should work in an external website (https://livechatinc.com), we have already connected it so it works and the AI is linked.

Right now our main focus is to make sure the AI have precise answers and know the industry we’re at to give proper answers.

We will add you to a groupchat with our dev so he could explain to you in detail on what is wrong with everything and what stage it is at currently.
