never used igms so dont know what it is. but it seems like you need a rag chatbot with temporal knowledge graph .

using vector db would be best for using saved responses not for structuring past convo
for past convo you need something like neo4j graphs. and just in case you dont know what it is google knowledge graph neo4j and you will understand why i recommended it ( a small suggestion from my side)
