Please hear me out it's not a product suggestion, but it's a website suggestion that could help the customer service team and keep us sneakers happy.

We all know the review system is broken, many sneakers have issues getting their elite points when completing reviews.

Not only is it a pain but it's wasting customer services valuable time, when we're trying to get our points.

My idea is can you not make it so that when you complete a review, a code is generated to which only works with your email or assigned accounts.

Not only will this prevent scalpers as well as people buying, but it would definitely help fixing alot of these issues where points are not given.

Then once you are on the elite page you can log into your account, apply the code and hey presto 100 points have been added.

Could also make it 1 time only code so once its claimed its claimed

Some people have said reach out to the staff, I felt putting here would also reach out to the community aswell.

It sounds like this has a lot of extra steps which aren't necessary...

The review system has always worked for me and pretty much everyone that have ever asked about it has had no issues.

The points that are given through the review stage does also state that it can take up to X amount of days (can't remember the exact amount) and that they aren't an instant thing.

It also could require a lot of work to try and implement something like this on Sneaks behalf as it isn't as easy as "just get one". There would be a fair amount of research behind it which also for something that is technically free to the consumer isn't for Sneak, and personally I would rather Sneak keep putting out incredible flavours over a new review system which already works.

You get free points, just enjoy them. Could just as easy be taken away as Sneak don't technically have to do this... You don't get anything for doing amazon/trip advisor etc reviews...

Okay, not sure how you are getting them but many members do not get the points, and many agree it is broken.

Numerous time I've had to waste customer service time for reviews over 3months to almost a year old.

Maybe 2 minutes of customer service time per person affected, spread across a long time period is nothing compared to the cost of research an implementation of a feature like this. They use a third party because it wouldn't be cost effective to implement their own (initial cost + maintenance is more than it would cost to hire additional CS people for sure)

Just keep bugging CS about it if it happens - if they get annoyed or think it's taking up too much of their time they'll do something about it but it's on them to decide that really 😄

I mean open to feedback but it definitely seems like a tough crowd tonight. It was only a suggestion.

Not a tough crowd in the slightest, just looking at things in a bigger picture sense.

If it was that much of a problem Sneak would have done something about it already. Clearly the majority outweigh the minority.

Review system doesn’t work for me either. Have to ask for my points every time through cs

I agree it maybe a huge cost in a way, but also if they were to work out the costs it's costing to pay Cs per month may actually cover overall costs or could be cheaper in the long run.

I mean even if a quote was given if its cost effective happy days it could be fixed. If it works out cheaper
