When I capture a hidden ability ditto, it sends the hidden ability caught message and the ditto caught message even though I have configured both to ensure that it does not send both in this situation : https://pastebin.com/3QJ8aiLt

I blocked the hiddenability with ha:false in ditto's caught message,
normally this should not send the ditto caught message, because it is HA, and should only send the hidden ability caught message

ha doesn't have negative variant spec, so you would have add ability spec:
ditto isshiny:false ab:limber
