[5.0.3] EnvyGTS - Webhooks creation

Hello! i'm tryin to make webhooks works by that step : http://www.envyware.co.uk/docs/mods/envygts/webhooks/
The problem is :
How to i link them in the config ? Because theses one ( in attached image ) keep regenerating every restart, and the webhooks in the folder never work ( webhook url are done )

@odd iron i'm so sorry to ping you, but i'm still on that issue since 1,5 month without any answer
Did the webhooks change with 5.0.X ? Because it seems to not work animore with a spare folder, and doing webhook into the config ( the 1: 2: 3: ) do not accept correctly placeholders + it do not split items orders and pokemons orders
