Self host? Version? What’s “more”?

To my knowledge only a couple of envy mods need sql. Most webhosts have a streamlined setup process for MySQL, with each webhost having their own tutorial.

Is this for a server? Most of these mods don’t support singleplayer or LAN, so localhost isn’t a valid ip as far as I’m aware.

All sidemods available here are meant for use on multiplayer servers. While you may have luck with some of them, they are not built for use on singleplayer and we will not provide support for such. You can create your own local server fairly easily instead if you want to use them.

I’m not super familiar with self-host MySQL, but no lines should be removed from envygts database config

Okay, well the video I sent should explain each part of the database that goes in the config. My server is 1.16.5 and MySQL field looks like this, and it runs. Do you know if other mods run without GTS?

is simplehikaridatabase something you’ve added? Have not seen that before, staff/devs would know about compatibility.

Update ticket title to “[4.5.6] [1.16.5] EnvyGTS - SimpleHikariDatabase Error” and staff should answer quicker 🙂
