They don't, as I've claimed all the rewards that I can as well. Plus, as I said the msg only comes up in battle.
For exmaple, I got a pokedex percentage of 22%. I have 2 rewards I can claim 10% and 20%, claimed both, so I don't get the reminder msg in chat. However, I get it in battle for some reason.

if you're still needing an answer to this; i found a way in the config.yml for BetterDex
Make the following configs below look exactly like i have below :3

message-delay-seconds: -1
seemingly thats fixed it to where we dont get any notif when going into battle
cus ive not had issues w/ doing this just yet
