Everything is set up correctly but main WonderTrade command doesn't work.

I'm running a server with friends and am trying to set up WonderTrade. However the main command does not work. It doesn't come up with an error of any kind, the chat is just blank when I type the command as if it didn't go through. But every other command works including taking Pokémon out of the pool manually by clicking on the list.

Pixelmon Version: 9.1.9 (1.16.5)
WonderTrade Version: 6.3.1 (a more later version because 'this version of Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0')

A QSL database & ForgePlaceholder API is present.

I can follow up with any other needed details but I genuinely don't know what's going on.
