[1.8.0]ForgeEconomics - Not Registering/Loading

So far this is the only economy plugin i could find that would work with Arclight, but it doesn't seem to be working, it's also not generating a config file for me to setup the MySQL. I already had all the dependencies installed prior in testing other options before,
