Hello, after completing about 1% of the pokedex, i get this notification all the time and i dont know how to claim it nor make it disappear, i've tried /dexr and when the ui comes up, i cant press anything in it.

The not being able to press anything should be the issue youre inquiring about, not the spamming message

im on 3.2.1, the config.yml and guis.yml are set on default

how will i be able to claim the rewards? do i just click the pokeball in the menu that says my current progress?

but also since you arent using latest your default config will have an issue that was resolved in 3.2.2; set page:0 to page:1 on your rewards.
