Evofix mod added but command not showing

I have added the Evo fix mod to 1.16.5 9.1.3 pixelmon and the command just doesn't show up as a command, I am playing singleplayer. (Mod shows up in mod list on main menu)

All sidemods available here are meant for use on multiplayer servers. While you may have luck with some of them, they are not built for use on singleplayer and we will not provide support for such. You can create your own local server fairly easily instead if you want to use them.
