All broadcasts in #resources were tested on 9.0.11, so unless Pixelmon 9.1 broke some specs, it should work. Just to make sure, you don't have any custom plugin that spawns shiny pokémon in some area, like that Zubat? Because it could interfere, I had to redo all pokémon in the Raid Plugin because of that
