I have been following up with the steps,

forked the repo
creating the file, while doing so facing the error :Sorry, we had to truncate this directory to 1,000 files. 6,084 entries were omitted from the list. Latest commit info may be omitted.

Any ideas/suggestions for how to resolve it?

Just use the search function

That notice is standard for github if you have for example 4000+ files
