That is Cloudflare asking you for authorization for deployments, if you don't want to give it access then you can deploy manually using their CLI or drop files

Start the CNAME validation, create a domain on is-a.dev with the CNAME set to whatever cloudflare tells you to make it.
after it gets approved by the maintainers, cloudflare will auto-verify it.
just wait for it to finish and it should start working (if your page is working)
to check the page without the custom domain set, go to <name of page>.pages.dev
